My chicks started hatching early, the humidity jumped to 85%, and the ones that hatched are very healthy. It may work, but I'd worry about those that struggled with low humidity that hatch having some type of ailment, internally or externally. Are you going to weigh your eggs?
I've hatched over 350 silkie chicks since February alone, and just do it the traditional way. 45% to lockdown, 65% -70% lockdown.
I wish you a great hatch!
I don’t want to open the incubator too early, but the rambunctious chicks are moving the other eggs around a lot, do I have anything to worry about, will this hurt the other chicks ability to hatch?
