Nurture right 360 and hatching

I am in the last days of hatching my first chicks. I'm using the nurture right 360. Everything seemed fine and yesterday day 3, I followed the instructions for increasing the him. However I can't regulate the percentage. The directions say to keep humidity around 70-74%. My incubator wants to stay at 77-78. Is this bad? How do I lower it? I have tried everything

Is the vent open all the way? Try that first. Sometimes taking out some water helps, too.

Yes the vent is fully open. I didn't think to take water out doing that now. Hope they are OK.
