Nurture right 360 not turning but light is ON

I just registered to say thanks. Have redet mine (the swedish model called willab äggkläckare for the googlers). Mine had been redet, red light was shining, had moved the days but it was not turning - but moving past 21+ days and then backwards beloe made it start turning.
