I am using that also. I get mine from our local Rural King farm store. About the same price. Several times I can get it for 9.99 when they run specials. I like it because you get a 50lb bag vs. a 40lb bag and it is cheaper. Not only that it does the job.

That's were I get my chicken food also at Rural King.

I have recently switched to the Country Feed layer ration, and I am very impressed so far.  The price point is very fair too relative to what else is out there.  I was using a local coop blend, but it was just to dusty and it made my girls poo like mad.  Nutrena is winning me over.  I can get a bag for under $12.  What is everyone else paying?

I just changed to Nurtena starter... My big chicks and little chicks seemed to like it so far... I paid 13.00 for a 50lb bag....

Wow that's a great price!! 13.00$ for a 50 pound bag!!! I pay 27.50 for a 50 pound bag of my feed but I guess that's because I order organics. I didn't realize their was such a huge price difference! Sounds like your getting a great deal.
