Hello,
I have 3 hens that have passed away in the last 2 months ;(
Today a 4th is not looking well.
We are really not sure what is wrong with them...
We treated them with garlic for a while in case it was worms but that didn't help much.
I just ordered the poultry nutri drench.

I am wondering about the dosage though.
For rapide response:
Is it 1cc directly from the bottle? Or 1cc of the diluted solution (4oz/ gallon of water)??

Thanks so much!

NutruDrench is a supplement. It can be very helpful when they need a little nutritional/energy boost, but it's not medicinal. You can give a few drops directly. This is what I would recommend for hens who are under the weather.

For water, you mix it until it's the consistency of weak tea. This is what I do for new chicks or stressed birds.

Directly out of the bottle. Plus, mix up a "weak tea" in the drinking water.

But garlic and vitamins are not going to treat anything. If you suspect worms, then treat them with a worming med such as Safeguard.

Losing all those chickens in such a short period points to a bacterial infection that should be treated with an oral antibiotic and/or Corid if you are in the US since coccidiosis can sicken and kill chickens in short order as yours have been.

What have been the symptoms? Where are you located? We need to know so we have an idea of your climate and also so we can help you find the meds you will need.

First stop giving your birds garlic It is possible that it is toxic to them.

How old are your birds?
How many do you have total and when was the last time you brought a new to you bird home?

The last three birds that died... Before they died did they have trouble walking?
Also one more question for now... What exactly do you feed?
