nuture right 360 recalibration

I don't need to the the reset button the bottom of the unit or start all over..what you say is in the instructions. According to the directions, they say "contact us to get step by step instruction on how to activate and use this hidden recalibration function to reset the incubator temperature or humidity settings." This is from Harris Farms/manna pro who makes the nuture right 360, not tractor supply. I did not buy from tractor supply. There is no reply from manna pro or harris farms via email and no phone number. manna does not answer the phone.

I do see in those instructions "The built-in calibration function is for resetting the incubator temperature or humidity reading with an external thermometer or hygrometer." But it does not exactly say how.

This says:
https://houseandhomestead.com/harris-farms-nurture-right-360-incubator-from-tractor-supply-review/
To calibrate and reset the incubator, you need to hold down the menu and minus sign for 6 seconds.
But it does not say exactly what to do after that. Looks like you are just gonna have to try it.

that's not the hidden recalibration that the instructions state. Since manna pro doesn't respond, I can't get the step by step instructions... its not listed in the instructions

That looks like a similar set of directions, but not the exact same, to what I posted above. Maybe you have an older model and the directions where changed. Still it looks like there would be directions somewhere on how to do it.

You may have to just calibatrate another thermometer/hygrometer and put it in the incubator if no one else knows exactly how to do it.

It's the newer model...I've seen pics of the older 360 and this is the newer one. I just hatched in the hova bator and all 4 chicks just up and died
in the brooder after a couple hours...no ryme or reason. I've hatched tons of chicks...this is baffeling.
