Yeah stony take my dachshund please. He digs my yard all up going for moles and mice pisses me off.

Hey Tab can i bring my dogs to trade them for chickens lol. Shoot i have a cat and two bunnies i want to trade also. Since no one wants to take care of them without me yelling at them.

Hey rancher let me know how those barred rocks turn out for ya. I will probaly be looking for a rooster around the picnick time. Or some hatching eggs.

Traps coming tomorrow morning!!! What ever it was that killed my duck won't do it again!!!!!

I'll get the little P.O.S.! A friend of ours are bringing me a few to borrow for a while till I get it. Untill then, Craig is in with the chickens at night. He isn't really happy about it, but I know that he is safe locked up in there...



Rancher - this is what my duck hut looks like. I added a door after this pic was taken that I could shut.



The back side is open to the wall. To clean it out I just tip it over. Isn't the greatest, I made it by myself, but it worked up to this point. I have it in my chicken run. Next year I wanted to build them their own area and get them some girlfriends, but now I'm not sure what I'm going to do. May need to find Craig a new buddy or girlfriend? But not doing anything untill I kill what ever killed my duck.

I think I'm going to attempt to groom my dachshund tomorrow now that I've let his longhaired coat grow in, and try the fur thing you guys mentioned with placing some in the hole of the chipmunk's whereabouts. I don't usually mind chipmunks, it's when they enter my bird feeders that ticks me off. And I had a whole family of them doing that this summer.

If you need dog hair, I have a ton that you can gladly have!

Ok, I have to brag! I'm so thrilled this turned out so good! I'm making Christmas gifts, and for a few chicken lovers I made these! I saw the idea on pinterest but with a buck. So simple; canvas, glue, glitter. I want to make more!!!

Well I'm glad you get me cuz I WAS just kidding. Please folks I love you all don't take me too seriously. If I have a breed then I can have eggs and chicks available, when the wenches cooperate.

I have Birchen Marans, EE's , Delware and Lav orps. I also have a frizzle hen but she is young yet. I expect to get Columbian Rock eggs to replace my rooster and I have BR eggs in the incu now. Keeping my fingers crossed.

New chicks from the EE's may be olive eggers, blue or blue/green layers.

I do not show birds. I am always open to trades if we can agree on what we each want.

We believed you ! I personally wont have them in the house ...They are very Nasty ..Cedar is much better for everyones health

I sure will. And I have space to park a camper or pitch a tent if need be.

Jlaw -- I don't think I would trade for your dog, cat, or bunny. I still have plenty of my own.

I don't think I will get another dog until after my 2 indoor dogs are gone. My beagle is depressed over the loss of my shepherd last week. I tell her I know exactly how she feels.

Crazy4chicks-- I will have BLRW, project frizzle NN OE, golden cuckoo maran, mixed color leghorns (if the roo is doing anything), Delaware, and mixes after we fully separate pens. DH told me he doesn't want to do that until after the holidays because we have been so busy.


I was thinking I would like to get a black orpington hen or 2 if anyone has any or will have any available.
