I'm still trying to find a home for my 5 brahma roos!!!! I think I may end up calling the local butcher or see if I can get someone to "process" my 5 plump roos....I just don't have the heart to do it myself....although my 13 yr old and my 82 yr old gran said they would do it...

Not sure where Schuyler Lake is, but I found some processors if you want the names, PM me

Sure I can't interest you in some roos?? Babies... for the kids??

I'll PM you- btw- we got 27" so far & I just bulled my way to the chicken coop. I really wish it would stay warm enough for me to clean the coop!
Oh- Schuyler Lake is about 10 minutes North of Cooperstown, 10 minutes South of Richfield Springs.

Note to self... next coop I build (currently in planning stages) will be closer to the house! It took me an hour to shovel my way out there today! Spring can not get here soon enough!

Jerseygirl- Your RIR's are adorable, but I don't need any more roo's either. Sorry. Hope you find them nice homes. Hope everyone's keeping warm. Anyone else with chick pics please post.

They give me hope that there is an end to all this snow in the foreseeable future.
