*snoopy dancing around the room* THE CHICKS ARE READY!!!!
The ones I ordered originally, not the ones I already have. LOL
So I am going to have a very colored and multi-sized egg basket. I am soooo excited.
Amerucanas, Marans, and Olive Eggers are ALL READY for me to pick up next weekend. (can't go sooner, 2+ hour drive each way)
Now I have to make room. Some of the ones I have are going to HAVE to go out in the coop with the "big girls". I am thinking the silkies, cuz they are larger in size than the 4 from Annie, but the fab 4 have more feathers. So I will have to see what the weather is like by the end of the week. I have no way to put supplimental heat in the coop. Any thoughts on who should go out?
The good news is 5 of the 8 or 9 I am getting next weekend are about the same age as the one I already have....that might make things easier when it comes to integrating the 5 groups of birds I will ultimately have.
