OH NO IT DOESN'T!

Mothers of teenagers know why animals eat their young!

If I had known grandchildren were so much fun , I would have had them first.

I've suffered for 2 weeks now from my birds handing it off to me. I feel your pain!
Get an RX NOW for prednisone for a weeksuper hit and it is a LOT easier/faster recovery to. I had it all over my face and it really #$%^% Still getting it in little splotches all over myself. Now I am wearing gloves to handle all birds things.

My 3 year old already knows how to push my buttons. Too cute and smart! Wouldn't mind having a little boy in a couple of years that's as cute as your grandson though.

I must admit there is something special in rocking a baby. I think it lowers the blood pressure. I miss my grandchildren in AL.

Still I wouldn't want to raise my kids again.

Looks like the weather is going to warm up. To bad it rained yesterday I need to mow some grass.

Now have I mentioned my silky roo is crowing? He can't be more than 10 weeks old. What gives? Should I be concerned about the pullet? That she might be laying soon? I haven't got them their own place yet.

You know I just violated my own rule against getting chickens before you have a place. Someone please kick me. Hard! I hate to rent a truck at HD but I may have to since I need about 5 sheets of ply wood for the hoop coop floors and that's what's holding me up. That and someone to lug them to the area. I might be able to get Doofus to do it.

Well my stomachs growling.

Ta, ta for now,

I have eight little NN chicks and two mutt chicks! They are adorable.

I have ENOUGH chickens (yes, really), but most of my NN hatch turned out boys so I gave it another shot. I'll get pics later but they are soo cute! Ahh, I love having chicks. And again, I have to give praise to the ecoglow. With that and a nipple waterer, chicks are a nobrainer..

Unless something comes up, bringing a few roos today to the schuylerville auction. PM if you'll be there also to say hi!
