They will mail your check if you don't stay. It does take alittle while but better than having to wait for them. I plan on dropping off and then leaving.
Raccoons ate all of my DD Quail last night. They were housed in a rabbit hutch with 1/2 x 1" wire sides and bottom. She volunteered at church this morning so I will tell her when she gets home. We have tried to get them to stay alive. Just terrible luck. The first ones we got from a relative that had 7 all together in one pen. We did the same and a couple of weeks later the quail killed two of their house mates. So we separated the males and females. Then we hatched and when the new ones were the same size as the others we sold the mean ones. Now the ones she loved, Texas A & M's, are taken. Ugh. This sucks.

They also charge a $1 to mail it. I got mine after 2 weeks last time.

Sorry to hear that. Raccoons got some of the chickens we gave DW's aunt this spring. I don't really know why coons would be attacking this time of year when there is plenty to forage for in the woods.

I have no idea why they are doing this either. I live in a suburban area with little to no hunting. My theory is that they are overpopulated and need the extra food. Trap will be set tonight, unfortunately.

I am sorry to see you are selling those beautiful birds. Wish I had room for more. Would have taken Ranchers Deleware/Frizzle crosses and your BLRW's. Hope someone on this thread can purchase them.
