Wish I could go but Sunday and the distance not working for me =( Also, DH got out of the hospital this week and can't walk much yet so I woulda had to come solo.. but I'll be watching and there in spirit!

Well Lord have mercy,, stick him in a wheel chair and hook him to the back of the car.

We've mentioned the cochins,but not sure if she had any available or if we caught her in time since she was coming in from New Hampshire.
I used to work saturdays and I always missed everything so I planned the event on Sunday.  Sorry you can't make it.

I would love to, but they have a child with disabilities that I promised to take fishing Sunday, he has never been, and he has been talking non stop about it all week I guess so I can spoil it for him. It is so nice to feel so welcomed though it is very nice of everyone!

Thanks for the offer! However, I think he would get beat up by some of my hens. I have a black Orpington that is a bully when it comes new chickens, that's why I need an adult Roo that can "take charge" so to speak

Going out to barn at 10:30 to catch birds...I can probably stay till 1;30 or so, depends when I get called to take camper to state fair...

Hello everyone. I am near Albany and Troy, kind of in between. I have 7 pullets that are 10 weeks old, and some beautiful new silkies that range from 3 months to one year. My standard size girls are 2 delaware, 2 barred rock, and 3 austrolorps. We are loving evey minute of it.

Sheesh! I somehow managed to lock myself out of my account and couldnt get on for two days. Finally got my password changed so now I m back. I was having withdrawel from not having read the site for so long!!! Got 13 eggs yesterday from the terrorists and the big girls. Nice to finally have eggs flowing again!

Had to put up my temp fence for the little silkie boys as they are really trying to steal Little Mans women. So...I am looking for some nice breeder or show quality blue or splash silkie pullets for them. The boys are looking really good and are from quality lines so I need to match them with equal girls. Pm me if you have any.

Astelin is not written for much by doctors around here either. Generic flonase is pretty much the standard. Hen's site referal is really good for drug lookup.

Rancher--ask you gp what hospitals he/she has priviledges in. That will tell you where to go. You can also check with you ins company to see where they will also let go.

Hope everyone is having fun at the party. Too far for me and I had to take dh to the hospital to get checked out from his accident on thursday. Car is totaled but he is okay. Thank goodness for seatbelts.
