My new watering system seems to have worked just perfect. The water is not warm, but it's not too cold either... just perfect. Now if they'd only discover it.

I'm celebrating Thanksgiving by ordering 15 crossbreed poults from Porter's Rare Heritage Turkeys at eight bucks apiece, for spring delivery. As I don't actually need 15 turkey poults, I'll be offering some of them up for sale at cost. The crossbreeds are from their experimental breeding flocks (they breed for interesting colors as well as to preserve breeds), and are sort of "mutt" turkeys. As I don't want to show them, I'm good with crossbreeds. I'm sure I'll find a few takers on BYC. I know how you all roll.
