Wow, cool!  Did it recover?

I don't know if that owl ever recovered. I specifically asked to keep updated but the never did. I would like to think so. It obviously had a severe head injury. He was so dazed he almost seemed friendly. We kept him over night because I couldn't find anyone to take him... But the next morning, he seemed a little more aware of what was going on... However, that was a picture of him in the car next to me riding to the center... I barely needed to cover him (except to protect him from light) he just sat there and watched me. It was a really cool experience but I was worried about him

Exactly! My conditions aren't that bad, so it is even harder. (I have hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue, and we think candida.)

A long time ago I read something in the book "Adrenal Fatigue" that really hit home for me.
"These people may appear to friends and family to be lazy and unmotivated, or to have lost their ambition, when in reality quite the opposite is true; they are forced to drive themselves much harder than people with healthy adrenal function merely to accomplish life's everyday tasks."

Well, you gave it a fighting chance by taking it somewhere where they knew how to take care of injured animals!
