THAT is IT -- maybe I can finally get my DH to understand what I mean by "simple but cute" w/ this photo -- purple being his fav. color, maybe he will SEE IT...(don't hold your breaths)

DH likes purple too, although at first I was going to paint the trim white, and he was like "but that will make the purple, more purple!

) So I just made the darker color for the trim. He likes that better. LOL

I think my neighbors all think I am a little nuts, but I don't care, and they are probably right anyway.
