I envy you, I really want some peafowl around here.115 adults, 18 juvaniles, 41 chicks, and 88 eggs in the incubator - and more eggs than I thought still to come. You have to keep a close watch on the swap thread or you want 6 of everything..... and actually end up with themIf you haven't been there you have to go join the fun.... Also have peafowl and rabbits. Keeps me busy.....![]()
I have dif kinds and I cant keep dust at bay... I heard using sand in brooder works better ???????????? anyone???I've got a bunch of Marans tooI'm itching to candle. But I also want to give them a week before I freak out and give them to the dogs... I'm conflicted. Maybe after I get home from errands.
I'm going to get a plastic sheet to put over the brooder in my mud room so that hopefully I don't get chick dust everywhere... think it'll work?
