I hope Ohio has better laws on how farm animals are handled than Pennsylvania. Farm animals don't rate in PA, it's sickening, they're exempt from cruelty laws, and PA has gone so far as to make it illegal/terroristic to do undercover filming of animal cruelty on farms. Seeing that Ohio has a large Amish population too, I wouldn't be surprised if their laws are as horrid and non-existant as PA's.
