Coop construction keeps getting put off by rain, so the poor bantams and ameraucanos are still in the big dog crates. They don't seem TOO off put by it all, though.

Welcome, and thanks for the pics!

Hello from Missouri! Welcome. I'm a newbie too, to the boards that is. I do not have chickens yet, we will be getting them soon. Everyone has been super nice to me here so far. I think you will enjoy it.

Hey, Nitro.

I've got 14 Buff Orpingtons. That is until we find how many are roos...

Welcome to BYC.

Hi and WELCOME, I am new to all of this too and just joined. Everyone is very helpful and have been giving good advice. I have 26 pullets White Leghorn, Rhode Island Red, Australorps, Barred Rock and Ameracuanas. They are now 19 weeks. My whites are laying, finally in their nest box, small eggs still and I have found a couple small brown eggs outside. My girls are rapidly taking over my life. I too have one of those wonderful husbands who is very creative and helps me. You have picked a wonderful group .
