obnoxious males

I have 14 week old chickens. The 2 I am concerned about are a Isa Brown pullet and a silky roo. The Roo has been trying to mount her...not successfully. Everything I read says she will probably not start laying until 18-20 weeks. Are the roos like most men and early or does this mean she might start laying early?

Nope she won't start laying early most of us men are 'just like that'.
