Obnoxious Welsummer Hens

This is so funny because I have a welsummer who fusses at the other 2 buffs when it is time to go in for the evening. She is always the first up on the roost and she just fusses and fusses until the other girls come in!! She is very chatty!

I have three Welsummer Pullets in my flock, and they chat incessantly...and they chew me out. If I am late with breakfast they will not go to the trough with everyone else but all stand there yelling at me....And they are not laying yet, they are about 22 weeks, and their combs are still immature. I hope for eggs in November.

- I have three welsummers - two girls about 16 weeks and then another about 12 weeks...the older girls are in a pen with some araucana mixes that are very noisy and tell me off quite often - I'm late with fresh water...its raining (and that is...of course MY fault...lol) - the other one is in the nest box they wanted...- you get the picture - but my wellies aren't noisy like that - the younger wellie however has a peculiar "whistle" type of noise that I have no idea what it means? Any of yours do that?
