Obscene Growth On Foot

This is my first time here so I don't know if someone has already had this problem or not, but I have a 16 year old silky that has a growth on her foot. It's about the size of a golf ball and it doesn't appear to be bothering her and the other hens aren't bothering it, but I just want to know if anyone knows what it is.

A 16 year old silkie?! Wow, kudos! It might be a tumor, at that age anything could happen.

Could it be a staph infection (bumblefoot) that is out of hand?

One of my chickies has a little bump between her toe nail and her scales. It's really tiny and doesn't seem to hurt.
Can these two be the same thing?
