Oh, SNAP! I just scored a bag of some awesome feed that has mixed seeds and such....... they are made for 'gamebirds', so it says. And I got it for pretty cheap! You guys jelly? :p

Name some of these unknown hidden gem feeds if you've ever come across some.

I won't be jelly till I know the cost of a 50# bag and see the ingredient and guaranteed analysis tag.
I don't really like those types of feeds that have whole seeds/grains unless I ferment them. Otherwise the birds pick out the goodies and leave the nutrition behind in the powder.
In a pelleted feed, all the nutrition is bound up in every pellet.

I used to get pallets of an organic feed like that but it still needed to be bound up in water for the benefits to get to the birds' gut.

Oh, it's got little formulated pellets mixed in there as well! All that scientific mumbo jumbo included along with plenty of seeds! Just fed them to my chickens and they ate it all up like it was crack! Not a single crumb left! Gonna promote a healthy sheen along with vibrant colors, can't wait! My birds are gonna be champions of the world!

Can you post a picture of the guaranteed analysis tag?
Or post the brand.

I'll never be jelly till you post the two things I asked for in post #2.
Otherwise, I'll assume you are trolling us.

… All that scientific mumbo jumbo included ,,,

All that scientific mumbo jumbo is what keeps them alive, healthy and productive.

I bet if I put a big bowl of your favorite flavor of ice cream in front of you, you would eat it up like it was crack too. That doesn't mean it is a good diet for you.
That statement is meaningless.

They won't be champions of the world if you don't know the nutrients they are receiving and when it was manufactured.

They are meant for 'gamebirds' as it is labeled as such...... upon further research, there seems to be quite a few brands of these specialty feeds, I'm assuming made more for your fighting gamecock variety than your layers as this state of California has a history of such. I too own fighting gamebirds of the Oriental variety (Thai gamefowl), but I don't fight them though..... I just raise them for fun and find them beautiful. Anyway, I think all kinds of chickens can benefit from a feed like this instead of your run of the mill boring pellets/crumbs. And as I've said, it's not that expensive at all, comparable to feed at the store.... a bit cheaper. It didn't come in 50# pound bags and math will give me a headache so you can compute and find out. It came in an 80# bag at $21 or was it $22 a bag total, that includes taxes.

I listen to a poultry podcast By Kenny Troiano, he is a poultry show judge, author and a game bird master breeder, he always talks about looking at the label and the nutrition of the feed because there are a lot of “pretty feeds” out there full of grains but when you pick them apart and read the label they are not nutritionally complete. He gives the example of a show he did once were all the game birds were in poor feather, poor flesh and no vigor. He started chatting with the breeders and realized they were all using the same feed. The vender happened to have a booth there so he went to check the feed out and it was crap way too low in protein and other nutrients but full of seeds and grains.
But frankly OP you like to troll these forums to gain negative attention and since you won’t answer ChickenCanoe questions. I too believe you are trolling us.

That's defamation of character! I've been a long time contributing member of this forum..... and as such, I would appreciate a little bit of respect from fellow members. As for the guaranteed analysis and product brand, I would prefer not to give out my secret weapon to my fellow competitors and enemies! And yes, you are one of them!

*Patiently waits for an apology*
