Occupations????

I am a vet tech have been for almost 17yrs, I also groom cats on the side yes cats. If I had to do it again I probably wouldn't.
 
Biomedical researcher in drug discovery. Used to run the big reactors in clinical manufacturing until I transferred to discovery.

Before that, grad school in recombinant vaccine development.
Before that, I developed prototypes for new sterilization techniques.
Before that, I did polymer formulation for medical devices.
Before that, I worked a pharma/medical device QC lab, a job that I do not recommend to anyone. It's the ninth circle of heck, or possibly purgatory.

I prefer dogs though, for obvious reasons lol!
 
Fireman- retired 17 years next month. Carpenter/builder- 40 plus years- not retiring but slowing down letting one of my sons run things
 
I am a retired school bus driver and currently I am a PSW (personal support worker) I work in a nursing home...I care for the residents, get them up in the morning dress them ...i work on a locked down dementia floor so its like having 34 children

I drove school bus for 14 years while my kids were young then i went back to school
 
I'm a cop (Deputy Sheriff) and have been for the past 27 years.

I thought it was interesting to see so many of us with chickens have high stress jobs (or lots of kids and grand kidl).

It's good to see so many different and interesting people that share so much in common.

I am the Marketing Director for our city government that owns the utilities for the town. Mostly I spend my days managing sales & programming for our broadband cable, cable internet and digital phone systems.

I love my job!
