Hi all, I am selling my very first coop that I have ever built. We are on the home stretch of completing our new coop and we don’t have any room for two :/ I am located in Jackson. The coop itself is a little over 4’x5’. The run itself is 6’x5’. It comes with both of the lights, inside and out, and the roosting bar. Looking to sell it for $400 (don’t come at me for the price please. This is homemade and we spent a lot of time on it). Needs some work and maybe some paint but it’s sturdy and we’ve never had a problem with unwanted critters, also a good beginner coop. Once we have a taker we will clean out the inside.
