Odd beak shape on my first chicken

I keep 2 footer blocks in my coop. ( cement blocks that are flat). I chickens use them regularly to file their beaks. Which is the wiping back and forth. I have had.one like this she was given to me. Appeared to have had her beak clipped. Feed out of deep dish and she will do fine. Enjoy your baby
