Odd behavior - beak open neck throbbing

one of my Rhode Island reds has been keeping her beak open and her neck looks like it’s throbbing - she’s also keeping her wings slightly out. Is this just because she is hot? The other 2 birds are not having this issue. Thanks for the help!

Is it hot? Is she heavy or overweight? I would try to get her cooled down. A flat pan of cool but not icy water about half full can be good to cool off her feet. A fan can be helpful to pull air through and out of the coop.
