You could try tube feeding some water with electrolytes in case she has a gizzard blockage. A 12 inch section of aquarium air tubing can be purchsed at Walmart fish section or a pet shop. Melt the end that goes into the beak to soften the sharp edges. Inset it into the chicken’s right side back of the throat down into the crop (you will need an extra pair of hands,) avoiding the trachea or airway which is the hole at the base of the tongue. A 10 to 35 ml syringe from a feed store can be connected and fluid can be given. You can use a regular feeding tube with a catheter tip syringe as well. Here are a couple of videos to help:
