Odd Behavior??

So I noticed yesterday and today that our Bantam Cochin/Silkie hen named Mouse will constantly sit in the same spot for a few hours. She almost looks like she melted into the ground by how flat she made herself.

She's starting to freak our cockerel out whenever he walks past her.
At first I thought she was trying to lay an egg but she never did and she wasn't egg bound either, I checked twice.

She will run over when I'm throwing scraps out to them but will otherwise just sit flat on the ground.


Is there something possibly wrong with her?
Should I bring her inside to keep a closer eye on her?
What should I do?

Neither.
She's sitting right near the gate of the yard where it's flat.

In the high 50s.
Nope.
She'll be 2 years old in mid-late summer.
She's normal weight.

I was going to but as soon as she saw my phone, she thought it was a snack and ran over.

Could she be sick? Did you take her to your avian vet to make sure that she didn’t catch anything? Maybe you should take her to the vet just to give her a check up! It could be an emergency.

That's a little weird.
When she went broody last year, she stayed in the nesting box.
