Hope im posting right and I apologize for the bad pictures. But i got these two chics that have these odd bump type things on what im thinking is thier shoulder. Is this normal? I got several angles to try and get the bump they aren’t overly cooperative and are acting like typical chickens.

Very likely just their shoulders.
Thanks. We have a total of 8 of various ages and these two are the only two with dominant right shoulders. I put them in a box of their own in case i happened upon any information suggesting it might be something to worry over. We handle them regularly and they dont seem to be bothered by it. Buying them from a store instead of a “person” makes me a bit weary since the cashier wont know anything about them. We usually buy from individuals which tend to give us a bit of a background. I appreciate the opinion.

As they feather out it's pretty common to have varying spots of bareness. It can vary from breed to breed and bird to bird, but bald spots happen during the process. Dark feathered birds with light skin, the bald spots look worse due to the large contrast in color. They will cover as they get their feathers in. Juveniles will have several molts before they have their full set of adult feathers, so don't be surprised if you see more as they grow. All perfectly normal.
