one day i noticed a chick that looked odd, his neek was low on feathers and sorta flufed out, at first i thought it was just his change from fuzz to feathers becouse he is 6 weeks old, but then he kept fluffing out his feathers, then i noticed the tips of his feathers are brown , with is not normal for his type, and his neack feathers are thin. need help!
