Hello all!
I have a question about my ~1 yr old Speckled Sussex hen.
Pretty much from the the point I got her at about 4 months of age, I have noticed she has a light blue colored haze in her right eye, more specifically predominately over the pupil. I thought it was due to going blind in that eye, a cataract maybe. But recently it seems like the coloring is changing in that it comes and goes in the amount of the eye it covers. It was nearly all of her eye, then this morning it looked to be fading to less coverage.
It doesn't seem to really affect her vision, as she blinks when I move my hand near that eye, but not close enough to create wind or touch interference.
I didn't think eye worms presented this way... am I wrong? I can get pictures if needed.
Thanks!
