Odd Colored silkies??

Purchased 3 silkies, and Im not sure what color to call them? They look partridgeish to me... What color male would you breed with them? Right now they are in with my frizzle cochin until I can find them a man.

The first one looks gray and I'm not sure about the other one. Pretty colors though.

Thanks! The lighter golden ones are very similiar in color design to the grey, but Ive never saw their color before (probablly mixed silkie colors) But pretty none the less. Any other suggestions? I havent had much luck trying to find a grey silkie boy

Their cute! Where did you get them? Freeport Swap? The first one is a Gray and the second could be a White/Gray mix, you could breed her to a Gray and get some that look like pure Gray. They are gorgeous! It was nice meeting you!

Couldnt resist, if all else fails I'll have three incubators/brooders lol.
I have yet to find a mate for them, I was thinking maybe a black man...but I'll have to read up on the genetics. Its a shame because they are laying eggies like crazy

Anyone else have a clue as to what color these hens are?
I'd like to continue this color...but I'm not sure where I would start.

 

[Sonoran Silkies]

The first is a grey (as has been said) The latter have the same pattern, but I am completely u.nsure of the colouring! Of course it could be grey with bronzed (old) feathers.

They almost look like grey with khaki! We need Henk & Blackdotte & Chris to chime in.
