Odd crackly egg shell

Maybe it cracked inside the hen while it was still forming and the shell rehardened and kept the crack lines?

speckledhen, the pullet that laid is 7 months old and my birds are healthy. My birds have yet to go through their first molt. I think the girl that laid it is just an odd ball.

Could be! I've had no respiratory illness in my flock and I've had a couple of strange eggs, though not the crumpled paper bag look of eggs from IB damage.
Here's one for the books:

redoak, that's along the lines of what I was thinking. Maybe we hugged her too hard that day!

speckledhen, oh that is a weird one! Isn't it amazing what chickens can create? It really makes me wonder what goes on inside one!

I think you need to check with the FDA and your particular state for egg-selling regulations. You may be able to sell up to "so many" dozen per month or year before needing to get licensed to be a 'commercial' seller.

It looks like its a double shelled egg. To were another shell formed around the first shell. I woulda kept that
