odd egg laying

[]Hi there can anyone shed some light why my Columbian black tail which is around 8 month old and has been laying for around 3 months is still every now and then laying a shell less egg, she seems to be the only one??B]

I think that's usually a calcium deficiency, odd it's only one bird though....
