Odd egg

Our one year old girl missed two days of egg laying and she is typically a daily egg layer. She was acting off in the afternoon (standing around the flock but not eating or foraging with them- occasionally closing her eyes) but after a few hours pushed out a normal egg. This morning she laid this egg with odd lumps and bumps. Any reason why this looks like this? Is this a cause for concern?

Hopefully just a hitch in her system.
If she is eating/drinking/pooping/moving around OK, I'd not worry.
