One of our Golden Comet girls started laying egg on Friday and we've gotten a beautiful brown egg from her every day since but today I came home to find hers plus another one that is brown with white speckles in our nesting box. Either our other Golden Comet has started to lay or one of our EE's-either way this is definitely not an egg I expected to find from any of them-should I be concerned about too much calcium build up or is this normal for a pullet?
