Three of the last five eggs from this hen have been super sized and soft on one end so that there's a little hole it's not from pecking it's like it doesn't have enough shell. Actually all of her eggs are super sized but some aren't complete. Can you tell me what I need to do that she need more calcium?

Hard to know how big that egg is without something in the pic for scale, like a quarter or dime.
How old is this bird?
Oh, NM, I see you got 1.5yo hens.
What breed are they??
Are the other 3 birds laying fully shelled eggs?
What and how exactly are you feeding?

It could be stress, or she has a shell gland malfunction, egg size has little to do with it.
I have a bird like this, extra calcium did not 'fix it', she's going to freezer camp next week.

Her eggs are the size of sick eggs, today's was so thin it fell apart in my hand

I’d say diet is the culprit. Calcium stat! Oyster shell or dairy products. You can even take the odd eggs (shells and all), mash them up and feed ‘em back to the birds.

I thought feeding hens with raw eggs encouraged them to eat their eggs once laid...but cooked egg is ok, and shell fine to give,as are grit any crushed oyster shells.

Nah, as long as what you’re feeding them doesn’t look like what they’re spitting out daily
