Odd feathered silkie.

I hatched a few silkies along with some other chickens and fowl. But one of my silkies has heathers that curl upward. Every single one the wings curl out and the top peat hers curl up and forward. Even the leg feathers do weird things. I never seen such a thing. Has anyone had this problem. I wonder if it will fix after the first molt I'm not really worried I just think it's neat.

It sounds like it may be a Silkie x Frizzle mix. If you can post a picture of it, maybe we can tell you for sure.

X2 Frizzles are pretty birds and do have curly feathers.

Lucky you. Just remember not to breed a frizzle to another frizzle = broken and brittle, sparse feathers. Please put up a photo - love frizzles - what color did you get?
