Odd growth on pullet neck

Hey y’all. I have a 4 week old buff Orpington here with a strange looking neck. Hoping somebody might know what this is. See pic.
She’s eating great and doesn’t have any other symptoms. Could an injury possibly look like this?

Could she be getting pecked from her brood mates????? I would clean it really well with a warm wash cloth and put some plain neosporin on it. If further pecking occurs, then you will have to separate her from the others.

Yes! We have older hens and I kept her separated but while I was cleaning out their coop she got loose and one of my hens attacked her. I’ll clean her up - thanks for the advice!
