Odd injury on bantam lethargic chicken!

I have this pretty weird injury on my bantam chicken. She’s been pretty lethargic for a good couple of days but I couldn’t figure out why. I checked if she maybe had an egg stuck but nothing was there! Just a few minutes ago, I noticed these weird bumps on her, I washed them off the best I could but it was like thick scabs coming off… any ideas?

Is she being pecked and feather picked by other chickens? Is she meek or low in the pecking order? Is there enough room in their coop and run?

I haven’t seen any one bothering her, she’s around the middle from what I can tell but definitely not at the bottom. The coop has a pretty big run, I only have 6 chickens in there (not including this one pictured)

I would use a mild disinfectant and some triple antibiotic or Neosporin on her scabs. Look at her skin in other places for anything similar or unusual. Spend some time to see if the others are doing this. She may need to be placed in a wire dog crate with food and water for a day or two if they start pecking at these read areas. BluKote, which is a messy staining, but good at hiding wound spray, can be used to hide the red. You can find it at many feed stores. Betadine (Equate First Aid Antiseptic) in the first aid aisle of Walmart might also work to hide and disinfect.
