Odd little Duckling

A little information I purchased hatching eggs from Ebay of the 8 eggs 7 hatched all are seemingly healthy and at 5 weeks old 6 are starting to become nicely feathered, The problem is with poor Runty as you can see from the images at 5 weeks old he still looks like a hatchling what on earth is going on, will he be stuck like this forever ??

Hes cute but defiantly behind in growth. What do you feed them and does he eat good? are giving giving any supplements?

They have all been fed on growers with just a few mealworms as treats. He/she eats well but is starting to get pushed out when the mealworms arrive

Poor little one I have an old Muscovy that doesn’t get around so good and I always feed her mealworms away from everyone else. Any niacin supplements ?
