One of my 12 week old Light Brahmas has no middle tail feathers. Is this normal? Why is it like this?

I am new to chickens, I have 6 mix bread pullets of different ages. Only one is laying. All my birds have had tail feathers like that around the same age. They seem to fall out and then be replaced. Their tail feathers have been filling in nicely for the most part. The oldest bird actually lost all her tail feathers and have grown back now. She is 23 weeks. My youngest seems to be going through the same thing her tail feathers are falling out and being replaced. Just what I noticed with my girls.
Just to add my girls show no signs of pecking or parasites. I have no roosters.

So here's all three.
Sobe (left) is definitely a pullet.
Zazu (right) is definitely a cockerel
DubDub (middle) is the one with the missing middle feathers. I've been unsure about it but in the last few days it has definitely been looking more and more like Zazu. Ugh these are my first chickens and was assured they were all pullets. I was expecting one to turn out to be a roo but not 2!!

Maybe the breeder will swap them out for pullets? How old were they when you got them from the breeder?
When I made the deal for my birds I paid $10 each as young pullets with the agreement the breeder would replace any cockerels with pullets. He was a man of his word, I took back 3 cockerels out of 6 birds. That’s why my pullets are different ages. They are healthy looking.
