Um if it's salmonella/paratyphoid, which sounds probable, antibiotics never seem to work.. only horribly further weaken the birds and comes back worse from outside sourse or and stress. Giving chicken layer pellets with probiotics for animals ("probios" can be cheaply easily ordered online), enclosure and birds sprayed with vinegar water will help also, aside from keeping them warm.
