Odd scabs and torn feathers

Near the middle of my hens wings there are bald spots, and in those bald spots are caramel colored scabs and torn feather ends.
I noticed that she preens there quite often, and I'm worried she's pulling them out (Or some kinda illness?) I checked her for mites, or bug bites and she has none. It HAS been really rainy here so they've been cooped up with nothing to do.

Do you have a rooster? Sounds a lot like rooster damage from mating. Can you post a picture?
