This is the second day in a row I've found an egg like this in the box. Any ideas what happened or may have caused it?
This one is also a little lighter in color than yesterday's and not sure which hen is laying it because no one is acting out of the norm

Do you have some older hens? Sometimes age or stress can do that.

I'd set out oyster shell in a separate dish to see if it helps anything. Hens who need it will eat it.

I do have oyster shell out every day in a small dish. All 10 hens are under a year old, 2 being a few months older than the other 8. The past few nights I've been late getting out to the coop to turn the inside light off, could that affect them? I know light plays a big part in egg production
