Odd "tag" hanging off from chick's bumm.

I bought some 5 day old, Light Brahma chicks from tractor supply on April 29th. Other than having to clean poo off two backsides. They all seem to be healthy. Fast forward to May 3rd and I found one of them has a "tag" of some sort hanging off it's bum, just below the vent. The chick seems healthy in every other way. The tag

seems to be drying up a little and I am hoping it dries up and falls off. But I am at a loss as to what this is. I would appreciate any insights that some of you might have.

I looked each chick over carefully and it wasn't there when I bought them on April 29th. That's why it surprised me to see it. But I have no intention of pulling it off. I'm hoping it will just drop off by itself.

Thanks but I don't think it's that's it anyway. It wasn't there at purchase date.
