This is Oddball.
She was supposed to be a black copper Marans from Meyer Hatchery's "rare marans collection"

Well.. she might be part BCM.
She is a strange chicken.
She is smaller than my other chickens, skittish, white earlobes??? Poofy head feathers, and look at that comb!

I think she is a mix... just wondering WHAT mix... maybe spitz/BCM? or polish/bcm? What sort of combs do Polish have? It's hard to see under all those poofy feathers! LOL!

You're right, they don't have crests. Hmmm, maybe a Polish got sneaky with a La Fleche?
