I have two pullets, different breeds, one is a Welsummer and the other is an Easter Egger
who lay very elongated eggs that look like they have been stretched.

I would guess this is an inherited abnormality in the egg canal that narrows the egg.

Once the pullet lays these odd eggs is it likely that her eggs will all be this way or as she
gets more mature will the eggs become more 'normally' egg shaped?

I've had many pullets in the last three years but never got eggs like these - thanks for any
insights or experience you may have with this.

I had the same thing....long ovals the same diameter top to bottom. Now the eggs are normal...so it must be a pullet thing.

I have an EE who is almost two years old and hers are still long and have a tip on one end. Like an egg pen.
