OEGB Egg Laying ?

How many eggs a week will a OEGB hen lay. My new hen I got Tuesday laid an egg yesterday. but according to the "Henderson chicken breed chart" they will lay one egg a week. does that mean I will have to wait until next Wednesday for another egg. she hasn't laid one today let, but I give all my hens a few days a week off. I realize they can't lay one a day 24/7. but still one a week

Thanks that is what I thought because that was one large egg for a little hen. so I will give her every other day that is better than some of my hens now are doing.
