Land O' Lakes sells packets of white chocolate mix -- I think that it's called "Arctic White," or something like that.
I'm quite fond of their Hazelnut and French Vanilla flavors, personally. The Mint is probably my favorite, though.
(I don't have their mixes very often, but they are really good. Lots of carbs, though).
